CommissionIQ automates commission reconciliation for independent insurance agencies. Upload carrier statements, match against your policy book, and surface underpayments in minutes instead of days.
Upload your carrier commission statements in PDF or CSV format. CommissionIQ parses each line item — carrier name, policy number, insured name, and commission amount — automatically.
Import your expected commission records via CSV or enter them manually. These are the commissions you should be receiving based on your book of business.
CommissionIQ matches every statement line item against your policy records. Matched items are confirmed. Unmatched or mismatched items are flagged as discrepancies for your review.
See exactly where carriers shorted you. Every discrepancy shows the expected amount, actual amount, and the difference — giving you the data to dispute underpayments with confidence.
Upload carrier statements in any format. Our parser extracts line items from structured CSVs and unstructured PDFs, so you don't have to re-key data.
Our reconciliation engine compares every statement line item against your expected commissions by policy number, carrier, and amount — surfacing mismatches instantly.
Every flagged item shows expected vs. actual amounts with the exact difference. Use these reports to dispute underpayments and recover lost revenue from carriers.
Manage statements from every carrier in your book. CommissionIQ handles the format differences so you can reconcile your entire portfolio in one place.
Import your full policy book via CSV or add records one at a time. Edit expected commission amounts inline, and duplicates are caught automatically.
Your commission data is encrypted at every layer. Row-level security ensures each agency only sees their own data. We never share your data with carriers or third parties.
All data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your commission data never touches an unencrypted surface.
Row-level security ensures each agency only sees their own data. No cross-tenant data access is possible.
We never share your commission data with carriers, third parties, or other platform users. Your data stays yours.
CommissionIQ accepts PDF and CSV files up to 20 MB. Our parser handles both structured CSV exports and unstructured PDF statements. If your carrier provides statements in either format, CommissionIQ can parse them.
Our parser uses heuristics to extract line items from PDFs, including policy numbers, insured names, and commission amounts. For best results, we recommend reviewing parsed line items before reconciliation. CSV uploads provide the highest accuracy since the data is already structured.
Yes. Upload statements from any carrier, and import your full policy book covering all carrier appointments. CommissionIQ matches line items by policy number and carrier name across your entire book.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security (RLS) ensures each agency can only access their own records. We never share commission data with carriers, third parties, or other users of the platform.
Discrepancies are flagged with the expected amount, actual amount, and the dollar difference. You can review each one on the Discrepancies page and use this data to file disputes with carriers or investigate further.
CommissionIQ is free to start. Sign up, upload a statement, and run your first reconciliation at no cost.
